Started as SRP Software Consulting, a partnership firm in 2002, ITPalace has been registered as a private limited company in the year 2004.

ITPalace Software Consulting provides IT solutions in the areas of Hospital Management, Manufacturing, Materials Management, Maintenance, HR and Financial Accounting. In the Hospital Management domain, ITPalace has successfully developed and implemented a software system for The Tun Hussien Onn National Eye Hospital, a leading hospital in KualaLumpur, Malaysia to handle its inpatient, outpatient, laboratory, store and finance functions.

All basic data is user specified and hence requires no changes in the software under situations like new product introductions . Any document reference can be linked to an equipment, either as a soft copy or a scanned copy. Process patterns can then be viewed in graphical representation, which gives a precise pattern of the production trends. Breakdown analysis, based on reasons of the same, provides a valuable insight into the preventive maintenance planning and execution. Inventory keeps track of the movement of items in the most efficient manner. The modules for Purchase Orders and Requests for issuing stock make sure that the stocks are always up to date. HR and Payroll systems allow the organisation to easily assess the employees provide them with training,and helps in tracking the payment details.
